It addresses freedivers who already are familiar with the depth and dive relatively comfortably at depths greater than 10 meters. Also to more experienced freedivers who want to learn the theory and techniques of freediving thoroughly and adequately to obtain the necessary bases for their further development safely.

The purpose of the training seminar and the trainers is for the participants to acquire specialized knowledge on advanced techniques of freediving and equalizing pressures in the middle ear, deepening the physiology of the human body, and methods of relaxation and breathing.

At the end of the seminar, you will be able to hold your breath for at least 2min and 30 sec, do a dynamic apnea of 50 meters and dive to depths of up to 20 meters with comfort and safety.
