It is addressed at certified Freediving Level 2** / ADVANCED FREEDIVER divers who wish to delve into more advanced techniques and specialized knowledge and dive deeper safely.
The purpose of the training seminar and the trainers is for the participants to acquire specialized knowledge on advanced techniques of freediving and equalization of pressures in the middle ear, to deepen the physiology of the human body and the methods of relaxation and respiration, and self-concentration.
Gaining this experience, you will be able to plan and organize excursions and excursions of a group of freedivers with confidence and safety. This seminar is the cornerstone for the further development of the amateur free diver into a professional freediving instructor.
