• Out-of-water exercises and Frenzel method practice.

Day 2: Applying the Frenzel Method

• Development techniques of the Frenzel method.
• Practice dealing with middle ear pressure problems while diving.
• Advanced Frenzel method application techniques for deeper dives.

Day 3: Introduction to the Reverse Pack Method

• Analysis of the Reverse Pack method and its utility in improving diving safety and comfort.
• Practical application of the Reverse Pack method focusing on breathing and managing pressure in the middle ear.

Day 4: Evolution and combination of the two techniques.

• Develop skills using the Reverse Pack method for safe and comfortable diving at greater depths.
• Combination and coordination of techniques with exercises outside and inside water.
