This 3-day seminar offers a unique opportunity to be taught by Manolis Giankos, a freediving instructor and world champion. Manolis Giankos will guide you through theoretical and practical lessons, sharing his many years of experience and providing you with the knowledge and skills you need to push yourself beyond your limits safely and effectively.

Seminar content:

The seminar combines theoretical training and practical training, aiming to:

1. Understanding anatomy and physiology of the upper respiratory tract: Deepening the function of the middle ear, upper respiratory structures and equalization mechanisms.
2. Formulating an equation strategy: Development of a customized plan for effective air management at extreme depths.

Prerequisites for participation:

To participate, you are required to have successfully completed a freediving seminar of at least level two from a recognized school or instructor.
